Still the biggest quantity of dehydrated meat products manufactured by Henningsen is originating from chicken meat. This chicken meat is often a mix of meat coming from parts of the whole bird. It is however also possible to make a product derived from special parts of the bird only.
Currently there are the following possibilities:

- liver
